Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) is hiring an Advisor for Leadership Development & Learning to build leadership capabilities and enterprise learning programs. You will translate workforce plans into targeted development, shape leadership frameworks, and run enterprise mandatory training with SMEs. You’ll work across the organization, leveraging AI-enabled learning, Workday Learning, and Degreed, while partnering with leaders to foster a high-performing culture aligned with AER’s long-term strategy.
