As a Senior Project Manager, you support parties throughout Web mandate lifecycles under Team Lead supervision. The work spans sample-only, full service, IHUT, and Bulletin Board projects. Success requires customer service expertise, coordination capabilities, and technical knowledge of web mandates and data collection. Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily web activities, timelines, budgets, and quality standards Coordinate internal teams, external providers, sample,
and fieldwork Analyze feasibility and recommend web criteria and sampling strategies Control questionnaire quality and resolve potential issues proactively Monitor project costs and address budget discrepancies Requirements:
At least two years in operational market research At least five years of project management experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions Technical command of relevant project management and internal IT tools Apply project management, client communication, and technical web mandate knowledge across Leger Opinion research projects.
