As a Senior Station Leader, you will manage Operations, Area, and Shift Managers while advancing station objectives. Your scope includes budgetary performance, customer experience, employee relations, and leadership bench strength. You will also coordinate with Delivery Service Providers and business partners.

- Manage safety, quality, performance, and customer experience
- Coach managers toward performance objectives and accountability
- Present operational metrics to senior leadership

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Seven or more years of direct management experience
- Logistics, fulfillment, distribution, or related setting experience
- Performance metrics and lean process improvement experience
- Flexibility for overnight, weekend, and holiday hours
