The Senior Business Specialist integrates business operations and technology across CBC/Radio-Canada’s Finance Business Systems team. You will support S2C, P2P, EPM, EPBCS, CORE Finance, and related third-party systems. The work includes requirements analysis, process optimization, system enhancements, and release coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Assess workflow, reporting, and cross-functional system impacts
- Recommend Oracle-enabled solutions aligned with business goals
- Facilitate requirements sessions and process improvement workshops




- Coordinate testing, releases, documentation, and stakeholder communication

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or information systems
- Three to five years’ Business Analyst experience
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion or major ERP systems
- Understanding of financial and procurement processes
- Testing, defect management, and release coordination familiarity
