You will analyze performance data, provide operational guidance, and connect franchisees with Five Guys corporate offices. The role emphasizes business management, financial analysis, relationship building, and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build trusting relationships with franchise owners and restaurant teams
- Analyze key performance indicators and identify operational trends
- Provide hands-on coaching across assigned franchise-owned locations




- Deliver timely communications between corporate offices and franchisees
- Model Five Guys Core Convictions and brand standards

Requirements:

- Five or more years of related multi-unit experience
- Restaurant experience is required for this position
- Understanding of financial analysis and financial statements
- Understanding of franchise and related business documents
- Four-year college degree preferred
