Alignerr seeks Back End Developers to support AI products through data pipelines, model-serving infrastructure, and scalable microservices. You will design services, optimize performance, and collaborate asynchronously with distributed engineers, researchers, and product leads. Work independently on task-based and project-based assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and maintain back end services, APIs, and data pipelines
- Build architecture supporting AI training and inference workloads
- Integrate databases, message queues, cloud services, and third-party APIs




- Troubleshoot production issues and conduct code reviews
- Contribute to architectural decisions and optimize system scalability

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, Node.js, Rust, or similar
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases
- Comfort with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
