Lead scaled Agile delivery through Scrum facilitation, impediment removal, and strong backlog management across multiple IT initiatives. Support one or several teams.
This Scrum Master enables consistent Agile practices within a scaled framework. You will facilitate ceremonies, partner with Product Owners and Project Managers, and help teams deliver committed outcomes. The work emphasizes transparency, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate grooming, planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coordinate Scrum-of-Scrums and related scaled Agile reporting
- Maintain focus on agreed sprint and delivery commitments
- Identify, escalate, and remove delivery impediments
- Improve flow through metrics, feedback, and retrospectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Recognized Agile certification considered a solid asset
- Proven Scrum Master experience in IT delivery
- Working knowledge of scaled Agile and Scrum practices
- Hands-on Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office experience
