Our client is seeking a Data Entry CSR to join their team. As a Data Entry CSR, you will be part of the operations support group, helping keep transportation and warehouse workflows running smoothly. The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service skills, accurate data entry ability, and a dependable Monday to Friday work rhythm that aligns successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

- Enter, update, and maintain accurate transportation and warehouse-related data to support day-to-day operations.
- Provide customer service support by responding to inquiries, coordinating information, and ensuring requests are handled promptly.
- Support drayage and transport processes by organizing details and maintaining clear, reliable records.
- Use knowledge of the city to help ensure information is correctly captured and routed to the right parties.
- Perform administrative tasks that support billing and operational follow-through.

What's Needed?

- Transportation and warehouse experience (or strong familiarity with related operational workflows).
- Customer service experience with a professional, helpful approach.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of the city to support correct information handling and coordination.
- Experience in Drayage and Transport is a plus, along with comfort supporting billing tasks.
