The lifeguard/instructor I must have a minimum of one year experience in an aquatic environment. Provides instruction, supervision and ensures safety for swimming and other aquatic programs.
Ensure that all necessary equipment is in good working order and ready for immediate or emergency use. Monitors and records pool conditions when necessary.
Current National Lifeguard
Award (Pool Option).
Lifesaving Swim
Instructor certification. Compliance with and approval of a Criminal Record Search with Vulnerable Sector. The ideal candidate possesses the capacity to perform all duties in a secure manner while fostering positive relationships with both the public and fellow staff.
