We are actively recruiting for a Personal Support Worker to assist a private female employer with Dementia-Parkinson's with all activities of daily living.

The employer is a residential school survivor who is a friendly elder; She is very sweet, enjoys joking, company and watching Americas got Talent and I Love Lucy.

The ideal candidate will be respectful of elders, caring, and have valuable time management.

Start Date: November 1, 2026

Location:

- Burnaby, BC (Near Burnaby Hospital)

Shifts/Hours:

- Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
- 24hr shifts: 9:00am to 9:00am
- Potential for the caregiver to continue with back-up and a few permanent shifts.

Compensation:

- $300.00 flat rate per 24 hour shift

Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:

- Personal care and hygiene including bed baths, bowel routines, peri-care, and catheter care
- Meal preparation
- Medication administration and tracking
- Transfers

Required Qualifications:

- Must have experience with Stair Steady
- Respect for Elders
- Experience with Parkinson's (preferred)
