Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated 310T Truck & Coach Technician to join our team in Fenelon Falls, Ontario. This role focuses on the maintenance and repair of ready-mix trucks and aggregate haul trucks. The ideal candidate is a team player, self-motivated, and committed to safety-first workmanship, while delivering cost-effective repair solutions and supporting the development of future technicians.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on ready mix and aggregate trucks
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to maintenance criteria and schedules
- Conduct safety inspections in compliance with provincial regulations
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Work with Paccar and Cummins engines, including emissions systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Plan and prioritize work effectively while adapting to changing schedules
- Deliver detail-oriented workmanship with a strong focus on safety
- Identify and implement cost-effective repair solutions
- Support and mentor apprentices, contributing to the development of the next generation of 310T technicians
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician License (or registered apprentice)
- Experience with ready mix and/or aggregate trucks preferred
- Strong knowledge of Paccar/Cummins engines and emissions systems
- Advanced electrical diagnostic skills
