Founded in 1981, Frobisher International Enterprise Ltd. is a well-established Canadian seafood and food distribution company serving retail, wholesale, foodservice, and hospitality customers across Canada.

We are seeking a motivated Account Manager – Business Development to expand our customer base, strengthen client relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Prospect new customers and expand existing accounts.
- Conduct customer visits, assess needs, and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on sales opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor customer accounts and assist with collections when required.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven ability to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts.




- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s Licence and reliable transportation.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Preferred:

- Experience in seafood, foodservice, wholesale, grocery, or food distribution.
- Established industry contacts and additional language skills are assets.
