In this role, you will manage client accounts, process policy updates, and recommend tailored coverage solutions. Client Service & Policy Management: Handle incoming calls, emails, and faxes to process client requests, including policy changes, quotes, cancellations, reinstatements, rewrites, and new policies. Review client policies and recommend coverage options tailored to their specific needs.

Account Maintenance: Team Support & Growth: Support colleagues and provide backup for other team members as needed; participate in process improvements, team initiatives, and workplace activities.

Technical & Professional Skills: Strong problem-solving,



time management, and prioritization skills to handle multiple client requests and renewals. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling policies, endorsements, and client records. Solid sales and upselling ability to recognize coverage enhancement opportunities.

High empathy, customer-focused mindset, and strong professionalism and integrity. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate difficult conversations (claims, rate increases, policy cancellations) with care.

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience + additional commission earning opportunities.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Minimum 3 weeks paid vacation + paid wellness time. Comprehensive prescription benefits + $2,000 Health Spending Account (HSA). ~$In-house growth programs, mentorship, and career advancement support.
