As an Account Specialist 1, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of financial administration to ensure the business and corporate deadlines are met, keeping in line with regulatory compliance as well as team and department procedures. This role would be based in Vancouver and would have an in office requirement of 2-3 days in office per week. _____________________________________________________________________________ As an Account Specialist 1, you’ll be at the core of our mission.

Analyze and process client/broker premium and commission accounts. Control high volume data received from the bank for client payments, investigating discrepancies and non-payment with a focus on customer retention. Daily and monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts.

Collaborate with other team members and business units to streamline and document processes. Coordination with other Account Specialists to determine rotation of required office tasks.



Analyze financial control reports and ensure appropriate action is taken.
