The Account Services

Representative provides background administrative support to the customer-facing teams within Dealer Development. Primarily focused on order flow and ensuring fulfillment - the role will involve both creation and management of order documents along with monitoring the status and following up on the flow of the orders themselves. Account and Relationship Management will submit OIF (Order Information Form) requests, PBS Admin may inquire regarding the status of specific orders to coordinate their billing process, DTO (Dealer training Optimization)/ STT (Software training and transition) to confirm status of onsite training and software requests.
