This is a hands‑on role that combines core accounting responsibilities with operational business partnering.

with the ability to build trusted relationships across Finance and Operations. ~ Experience with Sage 300 (AccPac), ADP and other financial systems is an asset. ~ Support Finance leadership in the day-to-day accounting operations of a growing hospitality business. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements across multiple business units. Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end and year-end close processes.

Support weekly Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and liquor inventory processes. Partner with operational leaders to review budgets, pricing strategies, labour performance and key cost drivers. Provide financial analysis and insights that help maximize revenue, improve profitability and support operational decision-making.

Build robust relationships across Finance and Operations, acting as a trusted business partner. We’re building a Finance team that goes beyond the numbers. You’ll work alongside leaders who value initiative, continuous improvement and commercial thinking.
