Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and supporting various accounting functions using leading accounting software. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the financial health of our organization through accurate data entry, account reconciliation, and financial analysis.

Duties

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, UltiPro, Kronos, and ADP for daily bookkeeping and financial management.
- Perform data entry with high accuracy to maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Conduct account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data across various ledgers.
- Assist with payroll processing and related activities using systems like ADP, Ceridian, UltiPro, Kronos, or Workday.
- Analyze accounts to identify discrepancies or irregularities and resolve issues promptly.




- Support budgeting processes by preparing reports and conducting account analysis.
- Generate financial reports to aid management in decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards related to financial services.

Experience

- Proven experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, UltiPro, Kronos, or ADP is highly preferred.
- Strong background in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and data entry within a professional setting.
- Familiarity with accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll management.
- Knowledge of financial analysis techniques and budgeting procedures.
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations accurately and efficiently.
- Prior experience in a similar role within a corporate or financial services environment is advantageous. This position requires a dedicated professional with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to support our ongoing financial operations effectively.

Pay: $43,599.21-$86,586.27 per year
