You process a high volume of invoices across two entities and two currencies (Jetson Home Inc. in Canada and Jetson Home Corporation in the US), resolve the exceptions automation can't, and keep vendor records clean. Resolve with Procurement and Inventory, or escalates the same day. Attach invoice backup in NetSuite so every bill is audit-ready.





Prepare the weekly AP aging and draft payment proposal; Record vendor credits and prepayments and apply them to open bills. Set up and maintain vendor records, including W‑9 / W‑8 and tax details, following vendor change controls. Flag repeat match failures and process gaps, and help test fixes with Business Systems. 2+ years of full‑cycle accounts payable experience. ~ US vendor and sales tax exposure is an asset. ~ Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. ~ Progress toward a CPA, or an accounting diploma or degree, is an asset. ~ Able to work primarily in office at our North Vancouver location.
