Handle customer phone and email contact about billing, quotes or bookings, including difficult calls Work inside a job management, accounting, ERP or CRM system of any kind Useful but not required: service administration in trades or construction, fire protection or alarm industry experience, familiarity with INFOtrac or ServiceTrade, accounts receivable exposure. #
