Votre rôle
- Répondre aux clients par courriel, téléphone et clavardage
- Traiter les commandes, plaintes et demandes rapidement et avec précision
- Renseigner les clients sur nos produits, nos prix et les options de livraison
- Collaborer avec le marketing sur les campagnes et avec les ventes sur les clients potentiels
- Consigner les demandes et préparer des rapports mensuels
Votre profil
- Au moins 1 an d’expérience en service à la clientèle
- Diplôme en administration ou dans un domaine similaire
- Suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fiable, organisé(e) et à l’aise de gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois

Your role
- Answer customers by email, phone, and chat
- Handle orders, complaints, and inquiries quickly and accurately
- Inform customers about our products, pricing, and shipping options
- Work with Marketing on campaigns and with Sales on potential customers
- Log customer requests and prepare monthly reports
Your profile
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Diploma in administration or a related field
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable multitasking
