TribalScale is a digital innovation and consulting firm that helps organizations build, modernize, and scale digital products. Importantly, our PMs are expected to be AI-fluent—both in how they work day-to-day and in how they help teams build AI-enabled products.

You actively unblock teams, maintain momentum, and help translate plans into real progress on a weekly basis. Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality solutions

Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and changing priorities

Communicate clearly and confidently about progress, risks, and trade-offs

Help clients understand the “why” behind product decisions

AI Expectations (Core to the Role) AI for Personal & Team Productivity Actively use AI tools (e.g. Drafting and refining product documentation

Supporting analysis, planning, and decision-making Continuously explore and adopt AI-enabled workflows for product management and delivery





Building AI-Enabled Products Collaborate with Engineering and Design to help shape AI-powered product experiences

Key considerations such as data sources, grounding, hallucinations, latency, and cost Help define requirements, constraints, and success criteria for AI features

Translate AI capabilities and limitations into clear, practical guidance for clients

Note: You are not expected to build or train models—but you are expected to understand how AI systems work well enough to guide product decisions and conversations.

AI & Technical Fluency Hands-on experience using AI tools in your day-to-day work

Familiarity with modern AI product patterns, including RAG-based systems

Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers on AI-related initiatives

Robust technical curiosity—even if you are not an engineer

Confident facilitating conversations with senior stakeholders

Experience delivering AI or data-driven products

Familiarity with Agile / Lean product delivery frameworks
