Our client,is seeking an experienced, highly strategic AIOps Senior Project/Program Manager to lead and operationalize their Enterprise AI for ITOps program. In this high-visibility, 100% remote consulting role, you will serve as the central coordination point across ServiceNow, Automation, Observability, Infrastructure, Security, and Application engineering teams to scale AI-driven operational capabilities across the organization. You will manage the end-to-end intake, prioritization, and execution of AIOps use cases while establishing governance frameworks, steering committee reviews, and executive reporting.

Duration: 6-Month Contract (Full time engagement) Work Arrangement: 100% Remote 100% Remote Flexibility: Enjoy total location flexibility while leading a strategic enterprise technology transformation initiative. Serve as the primary liaison to leadership, driving steering committee forums, strategic portfolio decisions, and enterprise business case approvals. Drive cross-functional delivery spanning ServiceNow, observability frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and security automation.

Portfolio Management & Intake: Oversee the intake, evaluation, prioritization, and tracking of AI, AIOps, and automated workflow use cases across IT operations. Lead cross-stream delivery and align dependencies across ServiceNow, Observability, Infrastructure, Security, Application Engineering, and vendor partners.

Roadmap & Risk Ownership: Maintain the master AIOps portfolio roadmap, identifying critical path dependencies, mitigating risks, and providing data-driven recommendations for funding and prioritization.

Program & PMO Leadership Depth: 10+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise technology programs, portfolios, or transformation PMO initiatives. Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate portfolio health, balance competing technical priorities,



and resolve cross-functional delivery blockers.

Preferred

Assets & Nice-to-Haves Strategic background or project leadership experience involving ServiceNow, NowAssist, or IT Workflow Automation platforms. Practical understanding of enterprise IT Observability, monitoring architectures, and metrics reporting.
