Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide information about upcoming events and ticket options
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing tickets both in person and via phone or online platforms
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change
- Maintain organized records of ticket sales and guest interactions
- Promote special events, packages, or discounts to enhance guest engagement
- Provide excellent guest services by answering questions and resolving concerns promptly
- Support event setup and breakdown as needed to ensure a positive guest experience




- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve overall service quality

Experience

- Prior experience working with children is a plus, especially if the role involves interacting with young attendees or families
- Public speaking skills are beneficial for engaging guests and promoting events effectively
- Strong customer service background, including experience in guest services or hospitality environments
- Cash handling experience to ensure accurate processing of transactions
- Food service experience is advantageous but not required; a friendly demeanor and professionalism are essential
- Previous roles in hospitality or ticketing are preferred but training will be provided for new team members
