We are looking for a practical and resilient Animal Control Officer to join our team. You will help promote responsible dog ownership, respond to animal control concerns, educate schools and community groups, support the operation of our pound facilities, and apply the Dog Control Act and relevant Council bylaws. You will be out in the community helping to resolve issues, improve public safety and achieve fair, practical outcomes for everyone involved.

Confidence handling dogs, including aggressive dogs, and stock Confidence using Microsoft Office and other computer systems This is an prospect to join a supportive team delivering an essential community service. You will have variety in your working day,
