Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to join our team, who are the largest property management company in Whistler.

Responsibilities

- Oversee maintenance operations, managing a specific portfolio of properties
- Develop and grow a relationship with the owners of the properties by proactively communicating and becoming the subject
- matter expert of those properties ensuring they are maintained and we l cared for
- Meet and maintain the company's standards and metrics such NPS, standard unit appearance, and efficiency
- Seek out and contract al necessary outside skilled services. Ensure that al unit work orders and duties are assigned
- and completed in a qualitative and timely manner.
- Manage day to day operations with department productivity and cost control front of mind.
- Responsible for ensuring maintenance shop and vehicles are maintained, organized and in safe condition
- Manage an efficient and high-quality team, ensuring they are trained, effective, and adhere to al the company's policies and
- procedures




- Support your team with escalated guest and homeowner concerns by responding to emails, cals and tickets
- Perform home maintenance (appliance/ cable/ wifi troubleshooting, basic HVAC repair, light plumbing, etc)
- Audit/inspect repairs and maintenance tasks performed by maintenance team
- Establish and maintain open, colaborative relationships with fe low regional team members and upper management team
- Provide cross-coverage for your manager and peers when necessary

Additional benefits include Travel OR Activity Allowance paid on every pay cheque. Whistler Based Full Time Employees will receive an activity allowance paid bi-monthly, annualized value covers the cost of the Whistler Experience ski pass.

Pemberton & Squamish Employees will receive a daily travel allowance for each day worked, paid bi-monthly

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
