Traiter les prescriptions reçues dans les logiciels informatiques (GESPHARx/Numerx, Ubik) selon les processus établis et en étroite collaboration avec les pharmaciens en service Effectuer des bilans comparatifs de médicament selon le dossier pharmaceutique/DSQ Répondre au téléphone ainsi qu’aux questions provenant des autres services selon la politique en place et selon l’étendue et limites de ses connaissances ; Saisie de données dans le logiciel Si-PMi en lien avec la gestion des produits immunisants, selon les processus en place à la pharmacie Participer à des projets d’optimisation de la pharmacie et du circuit du médicament.

Treat prescriptions received in the pharmacy software (GESPHARx/Numerx, Ubik) according to internal procedures and in tight collaboration with the pharmacists on site Treat and complete renewal/reservice requestes according to established procedures and on site team’s priorities Answer the questions on the phone and those from other services according to the policy and within the extent and limits of his/her knowledge Data entry in SiPMi relating to management of immunizing products, according to pharmacy processes Participate in optimization projects for the pharmacy.
