Working with the salespeople and submitting applications through Dealertrack Helping desk deals and structure payments for salespeople Tracking deal gross and preparing monthly sales reports Organizing transport of powersports units Coordinating unit intake, assembly and PDI with the shop Tracking powersports inventory and helping with ordering As an Independent Contractor, you will be paid a combination of a monthly commission payment guarantee plus a variable commission payment plan. As an Independent Contractor,
you are responsible for setting up your own Sole Proprietorship and registering to have a GST number. After which you are responsible for paying your yearly taxes as a Sole Proprietorship (or Corporation, if you so choose).
