This is a senior chance.As a Senior Estimator, you will lead teams through pressured bid processes for major construction projects. Your work covers pre-construction estimates, subcontractor scopes, drawing reviews, risk mitigation, and database maintenance. You will collaborate with operations, pre-construction, engineering, clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.Key Responsibilities:
Lead teams through accurate, timely bid completionPrepare budget, guaranteed maximum price, design-build,



and stipulated-price estimatesReview drawings and tender documents for scopeAnalyze subcontractor bids and identify irregularitiesDevelop risk, mitigation, and cost-saving strategiesRequirements:
Eight to ten years of ICI estimating experienceConstruction-related degree or equivalent technical trainingExpertise in civil, structural, and architectural fieldsAdvanced knowledge of estimating strategies and construction contractsAbility to work accurately under time-sensitive conditionsBring CSA expertise, bid leadership, and construction estimating knowledge to EllisDon’s major project submissions and pre-construction work.
