This permanent full time role supports delivery across Canada.As Senior Project Coordinator, you will report to the Project Manager within Graham’s Municipal Water Infrastructure Division. You will support complex commercial, institutional, and mixed-use construction projects through planning, execution, and closeout. The work includes cost management, procurement, documentation, stakeholder coordination, quality, and safety.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate scheduling, budgeting, procurement, forecasting, and progress monitoringManage drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project recordsFacilitate meetings and prepare project progress reportsTrack productivity, costs, issues,



and construction milestonesSupport safety plans, quality plans, inspections, and auditsRequirements:
Diploma or degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or related fieldStrong construction processes, project controls, and scheduling knowledgeProficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management softwareFive or more years coordinating infrastructure projectsGeneral contracting experience, ideally municipal water or wastewater projectsBring senior project coordination, cost control, and stakeholder communication skills to Graham’s municipal water infrastructure work onsite.
