Design renewable energy controls remotely or from RRC offices across the United States and Canada, using SCADA, PLC, and HMI expertise.As a SCADA Engineer III, you will support PV and BESS projects at RRC, a multidisciplinary energy engineering firm. The work includes SCADA documentation, control strategies, commissioning, testing, and project delivery. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, utilities, contractors, clients, and vendors.Key Responsibilities:
Support PV and BESS SCADA project tasksDesign and implement SCADA control strategiesConfigure and troubleshoot Kepware, OPC, Modbus, and DNP3Coordinate commissioning, startup, and utility interconnection testingPerform technical reviews and QA/QC of deliverablesRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related engineering disciplineThree to five-plus years supporting SCADA or controls projectsExperience with power systems or control systemsAbility to interpret electrical drawings and network diagramsAbility to travel to project sites as requiredApply SCADA, automation, and renewable energy expertise to deliver reliable PV and BESS projects with RRC.
