Partner with leaders across GTM and Operations using forecasting, scenario planning, and management reporting. Support profitable growth, investment efficiency, and clearer decisions across a transaction-based business model.Key Responsibilities:
Build financial partnerships with GTM and Operations stakeholdersTranslate GMV, CAC, LTV, and churn into recommendationsSupport pricing, expansion,
and launch business casesDevelop management reporting and decision-oriented dashboardsRepresent FP&A; in cross-functional projectsRequirements:
Commercially astute and strategically minded approachStrong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning skillsEstablished stakeholder management and executive communication abilitiesExperience with SaaS, payments, or transaction-based models preferredComfort navigating complexity, ambiguity, and evolving toolingBring FP&A; expertise, commercial judgment, and explicit communication to Paddle’s remote finance team across three countries.
