You will shape one connected Gather & Deliver experience for firms and taxpayers. The mandate includes reusable workflow components, open APIs, orchestration, and CoCounsel integration.Key Responsibilities:
Own the SafeSend portfolio through tax-filing peaksConverge SafeSend and TaxCaddy into one experienceComponentize workflows across the CoCounsel platformExpand APIs, events, integrations, and orchestrationDeliver agentic Gather through CoCounselRequirements:
Eight-plus years in product managementDirector or senior product management leadership experiencePlatform, API, or developer-facing product experienceExperience converging products without disrupting customersFluency with AI extraction, agents, and orchestrationLead SafeSend’s platform strategy through composable workflows, open APIs, AI-driven preparation, and trusted tax delivery experiences.
