Lead corporate accounting, disbursements, assets, inventory, vendors, and expensesOversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processesStrengthen IFRS policies, controls,



and financial governanceCoordinate external audits and resolve control deficienciesDevelop the accounting team and promote operational excellenceRequirements:
Ten-plus years of progressive accounting and finance experienceSignificant leadership experience in complex, multi-entity environmentsStrong technical accounting knowledge, particularly IFRSExperience with audits, internal controls, and financial governanceAbility to influence stakeholders and communicate complex accounting mattersApply accounting leadership, IFRS expertise, and controls experience to strengthen a national financial services organization in Mississauga.
