You will lead distributed teams, establish service levels, strengthen troubleshooting and manage policy-aligned warranty administration. The role is primarily office-based, with hybrid arrangements considered according to business needs and location. Travel may reach 50% across Pulse Vehicles locations.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach and develop geographically distributed technical support and warranty teamsSet response, escalation, follow-up, ownership and closure service levelsBuild troubleshooting resources, service bulletins and known-issue documentationManage warranty claims,



authorization, documentation, labour, parts and exceptionsPartner with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance and other functionsRequirements:
Seven or more years of progressive technical or warranty experienceFive or more years of leadership across sites, brands or countriesKnowledge of vehicle electrical, diagnostic, multiplexing, control and mechanical systemsExperience with warranty analysis, supplier recovery and corrective actionsEnglish fluency, French preferred, valid licence and regular travel availabilityApply technical leadership, warranty discipline and vehicle systems knowledge to strengthen Pulse Vehicles customer support across North America.
