Supportive and team-oriented administrative team Opportunities for growth within a national company Nationally recognized brand with a strong digital presence Collect payments at time of service and submit insurance claims to third-party funders Perform data entry and billing in accordance with clinic procedures Provide administrative support to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Medical Office Administration or related field is an asset Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills Proficient in computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite; previous experience with EMR/Case Management systems considered an asset Flexible, adaptable, and responsive to changing priorities Previous experience in a physiotherapy or multidisciplinary healthcare clinic is considered a strong asset Inclusion Improving inclusion and equity is a collective responsibility.
