Lecker & Associates is growing, and we are looking for an Associate to join our employment law team. You'll work directly with clients from their first call through to resolution, whether that means negotiating a settlement or taking a matter to litigation.
Newer lawyers will be paired with a “buddy “ who can answer questions, share knowledge, and help them settle in.
Manage your own caseload of employment law files from intake to resolution, with the support of a dedicated law clerk
Draft demand letters, pleadings, and other legal documents
You will not be responsible for Billing or collection
Employment or litigation background
Experience with or interest in Disability Litigation
Interest in Employer side litigation and commercial drafting ( optional)
Commission and bonus BASED ON % of billed fees
