The Associate Specialist, Planning Governance plays a key role in supporting the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the Planning Governance Framework by administering governance standards, tools, and processes that promote consistent, compliant, and effective delivery across the function. Working closely with stakeholders, this role supports quality management, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives while helping to identify business needs, implement process enhancements, and drive governance-related change. Through collaboration, analysis, coaching, and transparent communication of policies and best practices, the Associate Specialist helps strengthen standardized ways of working and contributes to the successful execution of strategic and operational improvement initiatives.
