Suivre une formation afin d'apprendre la « méthode Colliers » en matière de conduite des affaires. Maintenir les dossiers de correspondance dans CRM+, notre base de données nationale.

Apprendre à exécuter et à soutenir les transactions, y compris les mandats de vente/commission, les baux, les offres et les contrats de vente. 1+ an d'expérience pertinente en vente (par téléphone et en prospection terrain) ; une expérience de stage de qualité est prise en compte. ~ Licence de courtage immobilier requise (ou en cours d'obtention / proche de l'achèvement). ~ Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, en gestion du temps, interpersonnelles, quantitatives, rédactionnelles et en communication.



~ Volonté d'évoluer dans le secteur de l'immobilier commercial. ~ Expérience préalable avec des logiciels CRM. ~ Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office.
