January 1, 2026, Gore has joined Beneva—the country’s largest mutual insurance company as part of its Property & Casualty operations in Ontario and Western Canada. During 2026, Gore will combine its operations with Unica Insurance, Beneva’s Ontario-based subsidiary specializing in niche commercial and personal insurance, creating a stronger, more diversified mutual insurer with greater scale and long-term stability. Contact customer via phone to obtain all required details to initiate the claim Explain the claim process to the customer, next steps, anticipated timelines, etc Document activity in claims systems Ensure that accurate reserves are entered into the claims systems in accordance with the corporate procedures manual Review incoming invoices and make payments within the claims system as require Present and explain the valuation to the customer Review loss details (including damage areas) to confirm the customer has appropriate coverage for the loss.
