Lead and mentor audit teams, providing guidance and support to staff members throughout the engagement process. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering value-added services. Review financial statements, audit workpapers, and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Stay abreast of industry trends, accounting principles, and regulatory changes, and apply this knowledge to client engagements. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the audit department, contributing to the firm's growth and success. Assist in business development activities, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and networking events.

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; CPA certification preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit services. Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting requirements, and GAAP/GAAS.





Proven track record of managing multiple engagements simultaneously and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
