In this role, you will directly contribute to the corporate strategy to increase efficiency and productivity of our sales team in two distinct ways. Facilitate new hire training solutions. Partnering with Sales Leadership Team and other Business Units as required to evolve the effectiveness of the onboarding, development and continuous enablement of our sales and sales support teams.

Deliver New Hire Sales Training Programs





Responsible for developing & delivering sales training programs and initiatives; assumes full control and accountability for assigned training initiatives; focuses on sales team skills and productivity Provide guidance regarding coaching and performance management opportunities (inclusive of probationary period assessment) Deliver Ongoing Training &

• Development Solutions to Sales Organization Participates in training functions, special events, and corporate conferences in the capacity of planning, coordinating and facilitating Coaches and trains sales representatives and sales leaders in a one-to-one or group setting on how to evaluate and deal with unique training scenarios or skill development requirements Works directly with business stakeholders in the development of training solutions to drive sales team skills and productivity Training Program &

• Development Needs Assessment Conducts needs analysis and recommends appropriate development solutions with supporting cost benefit analysis Training Program Administration Coordinate with internal partners to ensure training program logistics support the business Maintains communication links at all levels regarding training endeavors Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned 3-5 years of experience in sales training, with a proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs. ~1-2 years experience in a sales role or organization Professional office work setting. ~ Ability to partner with field leadership when presented with potential performance gaps within programs. ~ Ability to recommend development and coaching strategies. ~ Experience with learning related software (screen capture, recording, elearning authoring tools,etc.) an asset. ~
