Assess eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status. Work with client global mobility personnel to prepare petitions and applications for submission to government agencies for non-immigrant and immigrant foreign national employees. Draft and prepare letters and legal documents, typically based on established precedents.

Conduct research to support client requests and projects. Partner with colleagues to resolve client issues, share information, and support client projects. Support clients in immigration program management and compliance.

Use firm technology accurately and in line with team and client protocols, ensuring accurate and complete data is entered. Act as a source of advice and training to more junior colleagues, proactively sharing immigration knowledge and expertise. Ensure self and team follow documented firm standards and policy to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory, operational and client compliance.
