What you'll do Technical Expertise &

- Quality Assurance Peer review corporate year-end files, working with our Client Concierge

Complete detailed reviews of corporate year-end files, following our consistent process

Lead compilation and review engagements

Deliver on the deadlines we promise to clients

Mentor others to improve quality and efficiency

Communication &

- Client Relationships Respond to client requests, questions, and suggestions in a timely manner

Adapt your approach to each client's needs and preferences

Foster a positive relationship between clients and their team

Build long-lasting relationships with existing and current clients

Leadership &

- Mentorship Lead, mentor, and coach our Client Managers and team members to grow their technical abilities





Engage in team training and invest in others' professional development

Lead by example and jump in where needed

Keep growing your own knowledge to better serve clients and guide the team

Be an engaged part of a positive culture

Business Growth Listen for pain points in current client relationships and provide solutions

Identify further opportunities with existing clients

Ask for and follow up on referrals from current clients

Develop new business by reaching out to prospects

Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field

Valid CPA designation

5+ years of experience in accounting/financial management

Proficiency with computerized accounting systems;

experience with Karbon and TaxCycle preferred

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks
