Aramark operates the post-security Tim Hortons and the Altitude Bistro/Pub at the Romeo Leblanc International Airport.

The Baker will be primarily based at Tim Hortons, and occaissonally support the Bistro/Pub. Bakes and prepares a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes Properly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation Assist team members in serving guests on the line as needed At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. 1+ years' experience as retail and/or franchise baker ~ Previous experience working at Tim Hortons, or similar franchise an asset ~ Fluency in French and English an asset ~ Proven knowledge of baking methods, standards, and food safety regulations such as proper food handling, sanitation, and storage ~ Valid WHMIS and Food Safe (Basic or Advanced),



First Aid Certification is an asset ~ Knowledge of and commitment to upholding high standards of food safety and hygiene ~ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service ~ This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This is a full-time, permanent position.
