Overview

We are seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service skills, creating a welcoming environment for our guests. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, managing POS transactions, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Previous restaurant experience and familiarity with food safety standards are highly valued, along with golf experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong time management, multitasking abilities, and a professional demeanor to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Daytime/weekend availability candidates would receive priority.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- Use POS systems such as Micros POS to process orders and transactions smoothly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cashiering duties with accuracy
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels regularly
- Follow all food handling and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests




- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining quality service
- Assist in food service when necessary, including serving snacks or light menu items

Qualifications

- Prior experience in a restaurant or food industry setting preferred
- Familiarity with Micros POS or similar POS systems is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Ability to work in a relaxed environment while maintaining professionalism and composure
- Previous experience in serving or hospitality roles is desirable but not mandatory
- Must be at least 19 years old (if applicable based on local regulations)
