At Cafe Malabar, we believe a great cocktail should tell a story. We're looking for an experienced bartender who brings creativity to the glass, confidence behind the bar, and genuine warmth to every guest interaction.

Inspired by the food, flavours, and hospitality traditions of Kerala's Malabar Coast, our restaurant celebrates bold ingredients, thoughtful drinks, and memorable experiences.

We're looking for someone who is excited to contribute their own ideas while embracing the flavours and creativity that make Cafe Malabar unique.

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum 1 year of professional cocktail bartending experience, including cocktail creation, execution and preparation
- Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and techniques
- Confidence working efficiently and consistently in a busy restaurant
- Creativity, curiosity, and an interest in exploring new ingredients and flavours
- A warm, engaging personality and genuine passion for hospitality
- A reliable, collaborative teammate who takes pride in their craft
- Valid Serving It Right certification

What We Offer
- Full-time position, evenings and weekends




- Wednesday through Sunday operating schedule
- $19–$23/hour, based on experience, plus tip pool
