Serve BCAA customers in Burnaby, recommending insurance and memberships while building trusted relationships through knowledgeable, personalized service. As a Service Advisor, you will promote BCAA memberships, travel insurance, ICBC, and optional auto insurance. You will collaborate with Support Teams and Underwriting to recommend suitable coverage.

This customer-facing position supports progression toward becoming an Insurance Advisor through training, licensing, and product knowledge development.
