Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations and ensure company policy compliance
- Train and supervise staff in product knowledge and customer service
- Manage inventory including ordering, receiving, and stocking
- Develop sales strategies and promote new products
- Work with suppliers to secure competitive pricing
- Maintain sales, inventory, and performance records
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product recommendations

Qualifications

- Experience in retail or store management, preferably in beverage
- Strong leadership and team development skills




- Knowledge of inventory control and cash handling
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for craft beer and industry trends

Compensation is negotiable and based on experience. Candidates must be available to work evenings and weekends to meet business needs.
