You will support accounts receivable and collections activities while working closely with internal teams to keep customer accounts accurate and payments on track. Maintain accurate customer accounts and accounts receivable records. Review balances,
reconcile discrepancies, and resolve payment or billing issues. Prepare customer statements, aging reports, and supporting billing documentation.
Prioritize collection activities and maintain clear records of customer communications. Respond to customer questions about invoices, payments, and account balances. Collaborate with accounting, sales, customer service, and operations teams to resolve account issues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English .
Experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related accounting support role. A professional, customer-focused approach to payment conversations.
