About the Role

Debt Control Agency Inc (DCA) is hiring Bilingual (English/Spanish) First-Party Collections Representatives to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in helping customers resolve past-due accounts with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-focused mindset.

This position is ideal for candidates with robust communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

- Contact customers with overdue accounts on behalf of major creditors
- Negotiate payment plans while staying within company & regulatory guidelines
- Deliver excellent bilingual customer service (English & Spanish)
- Accurately document all account activity
- Meet daily/weekly performance and quality goals

Qualifications

- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Previous experience in collections, call centres, or customer service (preferred)




- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A professional, empathetic, and goal-driven approach
